SALE & LEASE BACK

Agreement, by which an industrial or commercial firm sells a capital asset, to a financial company. The latter, at the same time, leases back the same asset to the original owner, which will pay a rental fee over the duration of the agreement, period and, in the end, will be able to reacquire the good, by paying its redemption price.
